Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb of ground sirloin
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Add meat, bread crumbs, eggs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper. Mix together by hand and make into balls.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put in the meatballs and brown all around.
Step 3
Add the meatballs into the sauce and cook for around 1 hour until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Step 4
Serve with sauce and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
